Per the discussion, modify the reg-pilot test data to add a digest field to the report.json in META-INF with a SHA-256 prefixed digest. https://github.com/GLEIF-IT/reg-pilot/discussions/41#discussioncomment-10329882

Per our meeting, @aydarng will deploy new images for api/verifier so that reg-pilot digest changes can pass testing.
