show package operation in README? #108

Does the file in the images/ dir need to be there? Or is that generated? (I think you added images to .gitignore, might have slipped in.

The file (image) in the images/ dir is generated every time the Rmd is knitted. It needs be there if we want to it displayed on the Github landing page. I'm good with leaving the image out if you prefer.

Its not in .gitignore but I did add it to .Rbuildignore to avoid complaints from devtools::check.
