Why does the LA equation for Lake Number have a 2 in the denominator when Imberger Patterson 1990 doesn't? #115

The reason for this is because (among other notation differences), Imberger is using ZT to be the midpoint of the epilimnion. LakeAnalyzer doesn't use ZT, it uses the Ze and Zh (for epi and hypo depths, respectively). Since ZT is the average of these two, that is where the "2" comes from. See upcoming PR to add this nuance to the documentation.
