Same as RGI6 for Svalbard, Jan Mayen is updated (almost in GLIMS, trello card).

In Svalbard, there are a few glaciers with changes from RGI6, which we will probably keep as in GLIMS: https://github.com/GLIMS-RGI/glims_issue_tracker/issues/7
