Known issues in 7a:

two outlines (multipolygon) are wrongly merged in GLIMS (i.e. this needs a fix in GLIMS itself). -> This is now replaced by a new issue. Trello card: https://trello.com/c/9yUMSONP/186-new-missing-geometry-in-alaska
