RGI version RGI v6

Describe the issue Outlines in RGI region 12 (Caucasus/Middle East) are shifted relative to other datasets (e.g., SRTM, Landsat).

Expected outcome Should be updated in RGI v7 with the outlines provided by Tielidze and Wheate (https://tc.copernicus.org/articles/12/81/2018/)

Fixed in RGI 7.0!
