RGI01: Juneau ice field could need some corrections #23

Bethan Davies sent a few outlines to GLIMS correcting some problems in the Juneau ice field region.

Unfortunately this has been lost somewhere and is not yet in GLIMS, and therefore not in RGI7.

Here is an example of the proposed suggestions (blue: RGI 6.0 and 7.0, red: Bethan):

FP's assessment is that the inventory has improvements over RGI 6.0 but also wrongly discarded some debris covered tongues. This inventory could serve as a basis for an improved inventory in the future.

Bethan sent outlines for 7 different time periods. I know that the 2005 ones are wanted for RGI v. 7. I've started work on this ingest but am awaiting a clarification/augmentation of image metadata. (The 2015 outlines are in GLIMS now.)

Hi Bruce, just to clarify: rgi 7.0 is frozen now. All these issues were transferred here for documentation purposes and won't be worked on until a future date.
