Many glaciers aren't properly divided in individual flow entities #3

Describe the issue This has been discussed before. Either because of tradition (e.g. Hintereisferner in Austria) or lack of proper DEM / divides, some outlines are "wrong" according to the flow divides rule:

Expected outcome These glaciers (and many others) should be properly divided.

Suggested solution This is not easy, I know.

Probably still an issue in RGI 7.0 (especially in RGI19), but at least the very large entity in Greenland has been fixed!
