RGI version RGI v7.0

Describe the issue Thats a really annoying "feature" of jupyterlab to add checkpoints everywhere. These hidden folders have made their way into the RGI 7.0 zipped files

Suggested solution We should delete these folders before zipping the files...

Also, add a pattern for these directories in .gitignore?
