Glacier complex product should have an src_date as well #44

When merging outlines together, its not obvious how to attach a specific date to a complex.

Yet models will need this info (OGGM needs it now, I realize). We could use the mode (i.e. most frequent date, weighted by area) and use that.

And while we are at it, lets do the topography - since OGGM will be doing it anyways...
