1) minor language clean-up (also consistency in terms of formulation) 2) tried to make easier to follow the Hypsometry stuff. Examples always help given how convoluted this is done and formulated 3) inconsistent use of periods after full list descriptions. for consistency (seemed to be the majority) I took away all periods.

NOTE NOT SUGGESTED AS CHANGE: The as-of date for the outline: is this from GLIMS? odd formulation: should it be “the actual date”

Yes, from GLIMS. But "the actual date" sounds like it is "actual"? Lets keep the GLIMS formulation
