[WIP] Adding AWI test code #7

Adding a dry-run of the DADA2 asv generation code based on the tutorial and then will add code to the package to the BIOM format.

Is this in a merge-worthy state? It's okay if it's not completely finished, as long as the TODO list is described in the README and on the issue tracker.

We can create another PR later with updates.

In the BIOM tutorial notebook, I added the last section which explains how to export a contingency table from a BIOM format file. I believe it is merge-worthy state as I included all the input files and output files in the same tutorial directory within the repository. Also I have few things to add in the TODO list, and I will do that soon.
