Idea from Kerrus

You can buy XP & mining (like adding fortune to everyone) boosters that activates for the whole server for x amount of hours. Should be pretty cheap, in the 5 dollar area.

We could do this by setting a timed buycraft package and adding/removing some of these perms to the default group:

mcmmo.perks.xp.150percentboost mcmmo.perks.xp.50percentboost mcmmo.perks.xp.10percentboost mcmmo.perks.xp.customboost mcmmo.perks.xp.double mcmmo.perks.xp.quadruple mcmmo.perks.xp.triple
