Is this for soil properties and measurements taken?

It may be pre-accessed and measured afterward as well, not only in C-soil but soil 13CPLFA (microbiology) and plant

I'm not sure what you mean by pre-accessed. On the entry forms I can make this accessible as a soil property and as a general measurement
