Update build + minor changes #30

New build using latest MFEM and GLVis (see src/versions.js), and also an updated version of emscripten.

This includes https://github.com/GLVis/glvis/pull/314 which fixed quadrature visualization.

Other small changes:

displayStream() calls in html files should have been display()
Increased lifetime of CI artifacts from 1 -> 14 days, since size is relatively small.

Is not it better to use just MFEM v4.7 instead of the full automatic commit tag? 🤔 (The same thing for GLVis, but after the bugfix release) Update: Solved below 👇
