Buggy prompt behavior #48

When using glvis commands that require user-input such as Alt+A, a prompt will appear but there are several issues

The text informing the user of what to input does not appear
Prompts will keep appearing until you hit cancel (even if you've answered all questions)

e.g.

Otherwise, the functionality does work. E.g. this is after pressing Alt+C and 2, f, 1

Actually, this behavior also appears in standalone glvis-js; will keep this issue open because it will likely require fixes in both glivs-js and pyglvis.
