PDB2glycam formatted files available as an option from GlyFinder. #124

Once PDB2Glycam works, see other issue, run it on the carbohydrate files from GlyFinder and provide that as an option to users.

Oliver will fix PDB2Glycam, Dave will use PDB2Glycam to create the file. Dave can change the interface to provide it as a Download option for the user.
