Related to this topic from Neha S. Gandhi on the GLYCAM listServ new version- pdb files

Pdb files from the new builder do not have TER cards in the right places to stop tleap from autobonding the wrong residues to each other.

All of the pdb files from glycam have TER cards between each residue, and CONECT records to bond them. tleap now bonds everything correctly as it reads CONECT records. This change is on actual.
