Both shapes for 2-3 linkages are the same #132

Build DNeup5Aca2-3DGalpb1-OH via text and visualize both shapes, they are the same. There should be two distinct shapes.

Fix available at https://test.glycam.org/. Websites from "sad-sam" and later have this fix.
