TBT aka -OtBu terminal is borked #133

If you build something like DGlcpa1-OtBu The generated 3D structure has one of the methyl groups too far away from the rest of the TBT.

Bug in the prep file residue code. Fixed and pushed to gmml-test as of commit 2f5a3489c1465a10468f579262108b87b8d5f465. Will be available in websites from trusting-taddeo onwards.
