Sequences with dUA when entered via the website cause a prep entry not found error #138

If you enter a sequence with dUA at the website level, e.g. dUA-4DGalpNAcb1-OME You get the following error: "There was a problem making the default sequence request: Could not find prep entry for dUA. GLYCAM code used to search is: 045" This happens at the test level too if you don't specify the latest prep file (gmml/dat/prep/GLYCAM_06j-1_GAGS.prep)

My initial guess is the website isn't using the GAGS version of the prep file.
