Carbohydrate builder tests do not mirror gems enough. #162

Gems gets an ordered sequence and feeds that into the carb builder. Normally this works ok, but if there are issues with how ordering happens then we won't find that in the gmml tests as written. They need to follow the gems pattern.

Fix coming when the juggle_testBranchFreeze gets merged in.
