DGlcpa1-1DGlcpa becomes DGlcpa1-1DGlcp when "ordered" in gmml. #163

Put DGlcpa1-1DGlcpa into test 025 and you'll see the ordered version drops the a at the end. Issue is in the SequenceParser logic for what gets labelled and how.
