Preprocessor: CONECT Records not being written in duplicate #10

Tleap is complaining: /cm/shared/apps/amber20/bin/teLeap: Warning! Illegal CONECT record in pdb file

You need to specify them twice in reverse order so 1 2 2 1 I was sure I fixed this already, so getting suspicious.
