We want a way for users to be able to have easy access to https://github.com/GLYCAM-Web/website so they can submit bug tickets

Describe the solution you'd like

When a user clicks the feedback button, have a link to the site there
Also have a place that is not hidden under a menu so users wont have to hunt for our bug bucket (https://github.com/GLYCAM-Web/website)

Feedback button is gone.

We have an old feedback app that was intended for things like this. The feature described above is different. We can do something here for sure. Perhaps a design doc or meeting would be useful to ensure I go in the correct direction. If we just link to github issues, that is simpler, and need not have an app. The app itself was basic, but could be extended if we want to track feedback details like what page they were on when they clicked the button. If we go with a simple link to github issues, there will be less control (hand-holding), but also less work/maintenance. Do users need github accounts to create github issues?

The feedback app should not come back yet. there is no time for that imo. A quick but useful solution might be: User clicks on Feedback button and sees:

Ideally submit a github issue (the text is clickable) Or Send an email to "glycam_at_gmail.com"

I'm not sure what the current best practice is to stop robots finding the email and emailing us spam, or if we care about that.
