Allow 1-1 linkages for residues that can form them #165

In glycam.org/cb you can't selected a 1-1 linkage when trying to build: DGlcpa1-1DGlcpa

We need to update the residue metadata that the page uses to allow for this.

Note that I can generate the correct string using the https://glycam.org/cb/legacy/ tool.
