Litemol not displaying atoms properly in ano-ano linkages #166

Just noting this for now so others can find it. The fix is to replace LiteMol.

After building DGlcpa1-3DGlcpa1-1DGlcpa or DFrufb2-1DGlcpa the oxygen connecting the two residues is not displayed by litemol. image

If I download the file and view it in VMD it works fine. Same if I upload the file to the LiteMol instance available here: https://www.litemol.org/Viewer/. So the issue is only with our instance/version.

Switch to Mol*. Closing.
