Bug Description: We send an email with the wrong link:

To Reproduce: Upload 1BUQ, give your email and add glycans.

Expected behavior

The link should be: http://legacy.glycam.org/Download.jsp?uid=test_292606b3-f3f4-4880-a4af-b3b4ade1d699

There could be another cause, but this seems likely to be related to the URL pattern translations being made by NGINX when passing data into and out of Legacy.
