Any existing work done.
HTTPd is a test http server using libevent. Also is should compile without any 
difficulty.

Work  that needs to be done.
1. Resolve dependancies not available on mac (libevent, libmemcached...). 
2. Add some sort of file serving from bundle for serving resource files from 
HTTPd.
3. Fix bundle resource path differences between cocotron bundles and mac 
bundles.
