Requirements:

Long-lasting connections to minimize request overhead (Current problem with ukl-uvic connection)
Security by SSL/PGP certificates
Simple RPC with KWArgs and null values
Location/Identifier-Split

Possible solutions:

XEP is based on XML-RPC and does not support KWArgs and null values.
