Fill Air on Airlocks #2

Filling the air on an airlock module or ship airlock that is already decompressed can cause the de/pressurize buttons to not work

Workaround is to force the door to open to either depressurize or re-pressurize the room back to it's original state. (it was free air anyways, share it with space)

Issue seems to have resolved itself with the don't panic update
