Fix Whole Outpost doesn't do all modules #5

When you select an individual module of a station and tell it to fix the whole outpost, it only fixes that specific module and it's children. It misses any parent modules and above.

You can now automatically find the top most parent ship, so that when you can run the function against the full outpost - currently in the develop branch, but coming to master shortly
