scans and config need to be created #1

Maybe I am missing something, but it was not obvious immediately to me that I had to create subdirectories scans and config. So I suggest it is at least mentioned in the readme.

that is in the wiki if you download it on the download page it has the folders in it there is another missing folder config/parallel if you know a way i can create empty folders on github let me know EDIT: sorry of you just got a dozen emails the comment button glitched and i clicked it repeatedly

Ah, missed those wiki pages, and also the download page, went straight for the git clone and just read the installation notes in README. Regarding creating the empty directories, maybe the following link will be helpful: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/115983/how-do-i-add-an-empty-directory-to-a-git-repository

added note in readme There has to be a easier way to update this stuff on here royal PITA link does tot work for me i don't want a .gitignore file in the directory
