Adding more VIP Features

Bronze

• Bronze cosmetics unlocked (replacement of: Wings unlocked)
• Elastic tool
• Request songs from !songlist

Silver

• Silver cosmetics unlocked
• Custom team icon (ability to choose from flag materials or the player's steam avatar when creating a team see #ui-mockups)
• Custom player chat color (without using the tags)
• Custom chat color (without using the tags)

Gold

• Gold cosmetics unlocked
• Ability to materialize cosmetics (using the flood material list)
• Ability to change room door material (allow vips to change the door material in their room [using the flood material list])

Platinum

• Platinum cosmetics unlocked
• Rainbow physgun color
• Rainbow player color
• Ability to change chat tag (they can change the platinum tag text to something they like maybe: AWESOME or [yellow]COOL

All (add bullet to the bottom of the list on all vip ranks)

pets would be cool, especially ones that follow you around instead of static on your shoulder (pig) pets would cycle through emotions: ^_^ ^o^ ^_~ ~_^ etc and say some random shit when following you

Adding "more to come" is a bad idea because then we promise more shit will get made when in reality it maybe won't.

• Ability to change door material
• Special weapon with same stats as some existing one, but maybe rainbow bullets or some dumb thing
• Apply custom url image to flag (if people abuse with like porn, it's very easy to prove and then demote the vip rank)
