Discourage players from prop farming #415

Many players are recently getting infractions for prop farming and I don't think that's okay If these were to be added, the rule could possibly be abolished? (as we did to skyboating)

[x] If the player/all teams are dead, prop display's color (health/owner) gets changed to dark red #42
[ ] Dead player props deal 2x more damage (assuming dead players dont lose profit if their props get destroyed)
[ ] Add prop decay??? Props lose a certain amount of health per second: 1 hp/sec (similar to the ragdolls)

Why don't we make it that if your entire team is dead that the props instantly despawn and refund everyone at the end like it would have?

I think that idea has been discussed about but it's been shot down. It's not fun if an entire boat just suddenly went missing. There's no obstacles to be faced and it just looks weird in general. Sharpshooters also has this feature

Minor revision that should be made to the dead prop indicator is that it should only appear if all of the team members are dead, not individual ones because it's usually very misleading and mistaken for prop farming when it's actually not.

Currently the indicator appears if your teammate is dead even though the rest is alive.

It's designed to show black when it doesn't give money. If it doesnt follow that, it's broken
