Duplicator tool

Duplicator tool should only allow players to paste pre-made boats for fight phase utilization. Ideas from #badmins

• Duplicator tool should be accessible to everyone
• Pre-made boat constructions should be fairly reasonable
• Reduces total income to 0.5x*
• Using pre-made boats will restrict the use of other props**
• Constraints (weld/rope) should not be altered in any way
• Balloons and Thrusters are restricted from use on pre-made boats

Pre-made boats should include a reasonable amount of selections (2-3 variety boats) for players to get an idea of proper boat construction:

• wooden props
• boat with metal shielding
• etc.

*exempt from new players with low rounds played/playtime/level and/or if they have less than $15000 on their wallet. income of teammates should be reduced to 0.90x (?) this can be advantageous to teams gaining full income by going on a teammates free boat

**using pre-made boats while in a team will also restrict you from spawning any more props

What do you mean by restricting the use of other props? Are you saying that if someone had spawned a duplicator boat, they can't spawn any other props?
