Weapons tab does not properly sync w/ player cash #539

Currently, the weapons tab only seems to update whenever you make a purchase, not by selling weapons or gaining cash

Whenever you are in the position that you can afford a certain weapon, the tab color will still be red which can be misleading to players

Fixed
