Make the MIA feature useful.

You can see live players in the scoreboard
You can see when somebody is killed in top right

On reflection this doesnt really make for any interesting gameplay. The only time this would occour is when a prisoner suicides or gets himself killed. Doesnt provide any interesting mechanics
