Visualization of the results for trial analysis #133

@Hayden-Reeve, @emayhorn, @DavidWiniarski-pnnl I have made a quick plot with the results for Spinning Reserve that are included in the trial analysis report.

Results for Battery Inverters and Water Heaters are not available yet, but I can incorporate them once these are ready. The code is very simple and can be easily adaptable to show any performance metric of any given grid service. I am not sure if it is worth to include this kind of plot at this stage of the project, but grid services like this one seem to provide very reasonable results that would be interesting to show in a format like this. What do you think?

Thanks for the plot. Let's discuss inclusion at the meeting tomorrow. Funding at PNNL is getting very tight so if we have all the results in the next few days I think it is possible.
