Demonstrate these applications/features so that new users know they are there and know how to use them.

@bpalmintier had a good suggestion on framing this as a how to build a co-simulation. Have a page on using helics_cli, then another page on mocking in federates using these apps...

Though I'd like to do this with more web-interface features, that doesn't mean we can't start on this now with the tools we do have.
