Add documentation on running co-simulation without helics_cli #2528

It may or may not be obvious to users what helics_cli is doing when used to launch a co-simulation. Add and/or edit existing documentation on helics_cli showing how to launch co-sim without using helics_cli and what helics_cli does for the user (logging, termination of co-simulation when one federate fails, error message handling).
