Windows 1809: Notifications won't go away from Action Center #22

Hello

I just upgraded to Windows 1809. Every time I receive a notification, it goes to the Action Center in Windows but even after I read all of the messages in Steam and tray icon says 0 new notifications, banners still stay in Action Center.

Since SteamNotificationsTray doesn't appear in this list: https://i.imgur.com/qUVy701.jpg I always have to clear "dead" notifications in Action Center manually.

Not sure if something's wrong with my system after the upgrade or if your app needs to be fixed somehow.

Seems to be working as usual this morning.
