Basically I have some questions about how we want to treat this panel. Slated for 2.0.2 . . but if we know what we want to do here, we can change it for 2.0.1.

[ ] when modify exon boundaries . . . do we recalculate the same as "setExonBoundaries" (probably)?
[ ] should we be able to manually modify the CDS and how would we do those calculations?
