fixes #20

[x] get runnable as-is with embeddable
[x] install neo4j
[x] try to pick up environment variables off of docker.apollo.yml to connect to neo4j
[x] review https://grails.org/grails-as-docker-container/guide/index.html
[x] make runnable against installed neo4j, but allow configuration
[ ] confirm that we can run nosetests against it
[ ] confirm that we can run against the remote build
