Added SQLite support to gbrowse_syn loaders #17

I've added SQLite support to gbrowse_syn_load_alignment_database.pl and gbrowse_syn_load_alignments_msa.pl. This has been only lightly tested, but I shouldn't have broken the existing MySQL support.
