gbrowse_img always produces image 90 pixels wider than specified #52

When making the following request:

[gbrowse_img url]?name=foo;width=400

I would expect to get an image 400 pixels wide. However the generated image is 490 pixels wide. That 90 pixel difference seems to persist no matter what width is specified.
