FYI I was forced to do a conflict merge before branching here so some commits of yours are on this. I'm not sure exactly why so feel free to remove if those are a problem. This PR encompasses 2241, 2243, and 2239. This fixes the allele symbol on hover, the highlighting from the table, and generates links to JBrowse in the max features displayed.
