Improve cross-browser support #1

Based on some experimental browser features used by JBrowse 2, more work needs to be done in bundling to increase cross-browser support. Currently Safari and iOS are not supported.

v1.0.4 may have the requestIdleCallback to fix the safari

Fixed with upgrade to 1.0.4
