Is it possible to embed the JBrowse window into an R kernel Jupyter Notebook output similar to how your team implements jbrowse-jupyter?

don't have any experience with this but found this method for using R htmlwidgets in a jupyter notebook https://www.r-bloggers.com/2018/04/r-htmlwidgets-in-jupyter-notebooks/ (thats just the first thing I found, could be other more helpful links)
