add view query sequence to tracks and job queue entries #215

After running a BLAST job, we need put the query sequence somewhere. Right now I don’t know what the query sequences were for the previously run BLAST jobs. Perhaps in the “track info” and in the panel on the right-hand side. Per: @tzsen
